Frequently asked questions
Is a vulnerability scan the same as a penetration test?
No. A vulnerability scan finds and reports known weaknesses at scale; a penetration test is a separate service where an expert tries to exploit them. CybUp performs vulnerability scanning and testing, not penetration testing.
Will security work slow our systems down?
Scans and configuration changes are scheduled in advance and run outside working hours where needed. Any step that could affect live services is agreed with you first.
