2. Data we process
- Identity and contact details: full name, company name, email address, phone number.
- Enquiry details: what you write in the contact form, email, WhatsApp or Telegram messages and the service you are interested in.
- Security data: the page the form was sent from, date and time, and the country derived from your IP address.
- Cookie data: only with your consent, the analytics and marketing cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your enquiry and contacting you,
- Preparing proposals for our services and handling pre-contract steps,
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse,
- With your consent, measuring site usage and improving our services.
4. Legal grounds
We process your data on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: steps directly related to entering into or performing a contract, our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations; analytics and marketing cookies are based on your explicit consent.
5. How we collect data
Data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, email, phone, WhatsApp and Telegram and, if you consent, through cookies.
6. Transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with service providers for email delivery (SMTP2GO), hosting and security (Cloudflare) and, with your consent, analytics (Google). As their servers may be located abroad, such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.
7. Retention
Enquiry and contact records are kept for as long as the purpose requires and for any period set by law, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, object to outcomes against you from solely automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
