We do not provide end-user helpdesk support; we focus on infrastructure and project work.
Where do you provide services?
We are based in Istanbul and serve clients across Türkiye. Most work is done over secure remote access, and on-site support is planned for installations and anything that needs physical work.

Yes. Small and medium-sized businesses without a full-time IT team are among those who benefit most from working with us. We can start small and grow from there.
How is pricing determined?
Every business has different infrastructure and needs, so we share pricing in writing after the discovery call, once the scope is clear. We work on a project basis or with monthly service plans.
